Our client operates a busy community pharmacy in Victoria's Central Highlands region. Just over an hour from Melbourne, Ballarat offers the perfect blend of regional charm and modern convenience. Job Specification

An exciting 12-month contract role (with potential to extend) is available for a passionate Pharmacist eager to further develop their skills in a dynamic dispensary environment.

You'll be responsible for dispensary operations and contributing to professional services. The pharmacy offers excellent support, including two dispensary technicians, an intern, pharmacy assistants, - and you'll be working alongside a hands-on, supportive owner who values professional growth and teamwork.

This role is Monday to Friday only, giving you weekends free to explore everything Ballarat has to offer - or to head back to Melbourne to catch up with family and friends.

This position would suit a Melbourne-based newly registered Pharmacist keen to test the regional waters, gaining hands-on community experience in a structured and supportive team environment - all while staying close to home.



Key Details

  • 💻 Dispense System: Dispense Works

  • 🕓 Shop Hours: Mon-Fri 9 am-6:30 pm

  • 🧴 Services: Medicinal Cannabis | DAA packs



Skills Required

  • General Registration with AHPRA

  • Vaccination accreditation preferred

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

  • 💵 $55-$60 per hour, commensurate with experience
