Job Specification

This full-time Pharmacist role offers flexible working hours and a genuine opportunity to grow your clinical and professional capabilities. The pharmacy is equipped with a consult room and actively supports services such as vaccinations, wound care, compounding, and other professional offerings.

The team fosters development in areas of special interest, including women's health, diabetes, weight management, and mental health - with full backing from the owner through training and resources. You'll also have the unique opportunity to participate in the Victorian Community Pharmacist Statewide Pilot, contributing to the future of pharmacist-led prescribing.

As part of their commitment to your professional advancement, the pharmacy will cover the full cost of the Full Scope training course. For the right candidate, there is also the potential to take on a leadership role in the development and rollout of Full Scope Practice across the store - a chance to truly shape service delivery and clinical direction.

You'll be part of a well-staffed environment, working alongside 2-3 pharmacists on shift, 18 shop staff, and experienced dispensary technicians.

Skills Required

• General registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Australian community pharmacy

• Strong communication and clinical service delivery skills

• A passion for expanding your scope of practice through supported learning

• Interest or experience in clinical leadership and team mentoring is a bonus

• Collaborative team approach within a professional setting

Salary & Benefits

• Starting from $55/hour, negotiable based on experience

• Pharmacy will cover the cost of Full Scope training

• Potential to lead Full Scope Practice implementation within the pharmacy

• Flexible rostering within shop hours:

  • Mon-Fri 9am-8pm

  • Sat 9am-5pm

  • Sun & Public Holidays 10am-3pm
