Friday 2nd - Thursday 8th January 2026
Monday 19th - Sunday 25th January 2026
Sunday 1st February- onwards

Hours:
Weekdays // 8.30 am - 8pm
Weekends // 9am to 6pm
Depending on your availability, these hours are negotiable.
Days off will depend on the length of your availability

Job Specification:

You will be working within a team of 1-2 other pharmacists with the support of 1-2 dispensary technicians. General Dispensing for a busy script trade using Toniq. Counselling, some methadone dispensing and local Medico Packs.

Skills Required:
* Registration with the New Zealand Pharmacy Council.
* Must present a negative COVID test a few days out from the start of bookings
* Current PDA Insurance.
* You must enjoy counselling as this is an open plan pharmacy.
* Being ECP trained would be an advantage.
* Locum must be willing to work as a contractor and invoice for wages.

Pay Rate:
Friday 2nd - Thursday 8th January // $70-80/hr (neg)
Monday 19th - Sunday 25th January // $70-75/hr (neg)
Sunday 1st February- onwards // $70-75/hr (neg)

Extras:
Accommodation: Self-contained apartment/motel within 2km of pharmacy.
Travel: Flights or mileage. Mileage is $1.04per km. Open to locums from North and South Island.
