Sunday 30th November - Tuesday 9th December 2025
Saturday 13th - Wednesday 24th December 2025
Saturday 27th - Wednesday 31st December 2025


Work Hours:

Weekdays // 8.30 am - 8pm
Weekends // 9am to 6pm
Depending on your availability, these hours are negotiable.
Days off will depend on the length of your availability

Job Specification:

General Dispensing & counselling. You will be working within a team of 1-2 other pharmacists with the support of 1-2 dispensary technicians. Busy script trade using Toniq. Some methadone dispensing and local Medico Packs.


Skills Required:

• Registration with the New Zealand Pharmacy Council.
• Must present a negative COVID test a few days out from the start of bookings
• Current PDA Insurance.
• You must enjoy counselling as this is an open plan pharmacy.
• Being ECP trained would be an advantage.
• Locum must be willing to work as a contractor and invoice for wages.

Pay Details:

Sun 30th Nov - Tues 9th Dec // $70 -75/hr (neg on experience)
Sat 13th - Wed 24th Dec // $70- $80/hr (neg on experience)
Sat 27th - Wed 31st Dec // $70- $80/hr (neg on experience)

Extras:
Accommodation: Self-contained apartment/motel within 2km of pharmacy.
Travel: Flights or mileage. Mileage is $1.04/km. Open to locums from North and South Island.
