Client & Location Information:

This busy, well-established community pharmacy located in a vibrant southern suburb, offering excellent professional exposure and a strong team culture. The pharmacy provides a full suite of services including vaccination, medicinal cannabis support and methadone programs.

As a Senior PIC, you gained proven management skills leading a large team of ten plus staff and have an interest in future partnership. The full-time roster across the pharmacy's operating hours weekdays and one weekend per month, you will become part a experienced dispensary team of Pharmacists and Technicians, supported by a large front-of-shop team of 25 + staff. Working in the fast paced dispensary there is never a dull moment in your day ensuring consistent clinical standards and efficient service delivery. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, your role will involve the usual dispensary duties and all clinical services development, contributing to strategic growth, with a clear pathway to future ownership.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• At least 18 months' experience in a management or senior PIC role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities
• Confidence delivering full scope services
• Interest in service innovation and business development

Salary & Benefits:

• A package in line with your experience and accrediation levels plus superannuation, with an annual training and CPD allowance.
