The Role
This is a rare chance to step into a Working Partner Pharmacist Manager position with a view to ownership-funded and supported. The pharmacy is well-established and operates at a large scale, backed by a highly competent team of six Dispensary staff and an energetic Front of Shop crew. You'll lead clinical service delivery and operational management in a fast-paced but structured environment, working with a loyal customer base and strong local reputation.
Skills Required
PCofNZ registration or general NZ registration
3+ years of community pharmacy experience
Proven clinical competence and sound knowledge of professional services
Accreditation in ECP, TMP, Vaccinations and Sildenafil prescribing (preferred)
Leadership qualities and a genuine interest in pharmacy ownership
Salary & Benefits
