This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacist-in-Charge ready to step into a leadership role as Pharmacist Manager in a growing pharmacy located in Melbourne's south-east. The area combines suburban convenience with proximity to the Mornington Peninsula, offering an ideal lifestyle balance with beaches, parks, shopping, and strong transport links all nearby.

As Pharmacist Manager, you'll oversee all operational aspects of the pharmacy, including dispensary workflow, team supervision, rosters, and regulatory compliance. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and expanding professional services. The pharmacy operates on the Fred system and has a solid support team, including dispensary technicians, ensuring you're never working alone.

You can choose between a Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday roster, both offering consistent daytime hours from 9am to 5pm.

Skills Required

• General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  
• Accredited to administer vaccinations
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Experience with Fred software
  
• Desirable: experience with medicinal cannabis
  

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $55 to $60 AUD, negotiable based on experience
