Job Specification

As Pharmacist Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations while guiding the store through a strategic transformation to expand its professional service offering. Working as the sole pharmacist, you'll be supported by a skilled Dispensary Technician and Pharmacy Assistant, along with experienced senior pharmacists within the broader partner network.

Your responsibilities will include dispensing, patient counselling, checking medication packs, and leading professional services aligned with a forward-thinking pharmacy model. The pharmacy operates with Minfos and SureMed, with trading hours from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturdays - no evening or Sunday work.

Skills Required

• General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  
• Strong leadership in sole-charge community pharmacy settings
  
• Confident communicator with a commitment to team culture
  
• Familiarity with Minfos and SureMed systems advantageous
