Client & Location Information:

Join a well-established community pharmacy located in a north-western suburb of Brisbane just 30 minutes from the CBD. This pharmacy is conveniently situated in a small shopping centre with ample parking available, making your commute and workday easier.

Job Specification:

This is a Pharmacist Manager position where you'll lead a collaborative and supportive team environment. You'll take charge of forward dispensing, counselling customers, assisting with front shop profitability, and ensuring professional and legislative standards are upheld. Your role will include:

• Working Monday to Thursday (8am-6pm)
• Managing a medium script trade per day
• Working with a team including 1 dispense technician and 3 front-of-shop staff daily
• Delivering vaccinations and handling DAA packs
• Supporting medicinal cannabis dispensing

You'll also be encouraged to pursue ongoing professional development, backed by the included education and leadership training package.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• 1-2 years community pharmacy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while leading and mentoring a small team
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Salary & Benefits:

• $55/hour Monday to Thursday (plus super)
