Client & Location Information:

This is your chance to lead a pharmacy from the ground up at a newly opened Greenfield site located less than 40km east of Brisbane's CBD. There is a sister store in the shopping centre, so there is comraderie and collaboration from day one.

Job Specification:

As Pharmacist Manager, you'll oversee all dispensary operations - from stock and staff management to forward dispensing and clinical services, including vaccinations and Medicinal Cannabis. The role also involves methadone/Suboxone services, so confidence or willingness to train in ORT is essential.

Most of the time, you'll be working as the sole Pharmacist, supported by two Pharmacy Assistants on each shift. A part-time Pharmacist will also assist at times.

Skills Required

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage dispensary operations.
  
• Confident with forward dispensing and delivering professional services.
  
• Experience with Fred Dispense highly regarded.
  
• Preference for someone willing to undertake Full Scope training.
  

Salary & Benefits

• $60-$70 per hour plus superannuation.

• Flexibility for a 4-day work week or full-time hours across store opening times 5.5days/wk - no evenings.
