Job Specification
Position: Pharmacist Manager Responsibilities:
Lead day to day operations, manage and mentor the pharmacy team
Dispense and deliver professional services, provide health advice, and record clinical interventions
Build customer relationships and drive business growth while maintaining smooth operations
Stay actively hands?on while leading the team, ensuring high standards of customer service and care
Skills Required
General registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
2 years experience in Australian community pharmacy leadership or strong interest in stepping into a managerial role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency with Fred Dispense
Ability to supervise and support a team including a dispensary coordinator, retail coordinator, and pharmacy assistants
Salary & Benefits
Pay: $58-$64 per hour, depending on experience
Working Hours: Fulltime, with flexible start times (9am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6pm). The store is open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
Saturday Penalty: The Pharmacist Manager works one in four Saturdays at 150% penalty rate
RDOs: Monthly accruable rostered days off for improved work-life balance
