About the Role:

Step into a dynamic leadership role, overseeing and developing three teams in a stunning coastal location. This is your chance to join Australia's leading pharmacy groups and make a real impact - supporting your teams, driving performance and delivering outstanding service to the local community.

You'll provide strategic and operational leadership, coaching and mentoring to each team, fostering collaboration and ensuring brand standards are met. Using data-driven insights, you'll identify opportunities, streamline processes, and implement initiatives that lift team performance and enhance customer experience.

Skills:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent).
  • Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
  • Proven management experience, ideally two plus years in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen essential.

Key Responsibilities:

From strategic and financial leadership, communication and coaching through to the successful attraction and retention of quality people, you will work jointly with various store leaders to leverage strong communication skills to mentor each team effectively that will elevate performance and profitability in this high-performing workplace culture that delivers results.
