Job Specification

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacist Manager ready to take the next step in their career towards business partnership.
In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and dispensary
  • Manage and supervise staff, including rostering
  • Provide customer counselling and ensure compliance with board guidelines
  • Maintain smooth dispensary operations.

You'll be supported by a capable dispensary and retail team, working with the Z Dispense computer system.


Skills Required

  • General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  • 2 years experience as a pharmacist in Australian community pharmacy.
  • Proven leadership and management skills in a pharmacy setting
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A drive for career progression and interest in ownership/partnership opportunities

Salary & Benefits
