This friendly, community-focused pharmacy is in a culturally vibrant southern suburb of Brisbane known for its strong sense of community and proximity to quality dining, shopping, and public transport. It offers a balanced lifestyle with easy access to both the city and surrounding nature.

As Pharmacist in Charge, you will lead day-to-day dispensary operations from Wednesday to Saturday, supported by a dedicated Retail Manager and Pharmacy Assistant. You will be the sole pharmacist on-site, with the approachable owner providing support on some weekdays.

FRED is the pharmacy system in use.

This position suits a self-motivated pharmacist who enjoys autonomy and wants to develop further, with mentoring available for those interested in future management or ownership.

The roster is Wednesday to Saturday with long days, but with alternative rosters can be discussed, including a Thursday-Saturday option or a fortnightly alternating schedule. The Saturday is a definite though.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead a small team.

• Familiarity with FRED Dispense preferred.

• Friendly and skilled counselling style.

• Approachable and positive outlook.

Salary & Benefits:

• $55/hr plus super (weekday and Saturday rates apply).

• Higher rates: $65/hr (7pm-9pm weekdays, 6pm-9pm Saturdays).

• Total package approx. $155K for 49.5 hours/week.
