Job Specification:

A fantastic opportunity awaits a motivated Pharmacist ready to step into a permanent Pharmacist in Charge role. You'll be supported by a capable and experienced team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality pharmacy services and growing professionally.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily dispensary operations

• Managing PPA claims and stock control

• Delivering DAA services for local nursing homes

• Driving MedAdvisor growth and increasing scripts on file

You'll work Monday to Friday, with every second Saturday morning. There is no sole pharmacist responsibility, and you'll be supported by 3-4 dispensing technicians and a team of 18 shop staff.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist

• Previous management experience in a community pharmacy setting

• Strong financial awareness and time management skills

• A friendly, customer-focused approach

• Experience using Fred Classic and Fred Office systems (advantageous)
