Client information and Location: Community Pharmacy located in the Snowy Mountains approx r 1.5 hours drive from Canberra and 4.5 hours drive from Sydney.

In summer, this town offers a wealth of relaxed cultural and historical experiences, including the Snowy Hydro Discovery Centre, local art galleries, and scenic historic walks. For a tranquil day trip, you can soak in the natural Yarrangobilly Caves Thermal Pool or enjoy beautiful alpine views from the Thredbo Chairlift.

Dates: Monday 15th December - Sunday 11th January 2026

* You will be working every day except for Christmas Day and New Years Day

* You will be required to work Boxing Day (9-1pm)

Hours:

Weekdays 8.30 - 6pm (no break)

Saturday 9am - 2pm (no break)

Sunday 9-1pm (no break)

Job Description: You will be working alongside 1-2 other pharmacist and 1-2 dispense techs. Dispensing on Fred, checking webster packs, some methadone, leave certificates and vaccinations if accredited vaccinate.

You will also be required to work a few days at the second store as per the roster. The second store is only a few minutes walk from the main store. At the second store you will be the sole pharmacist working with a pharmacy assistant.

Skills Required:

• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
• Fred Dispense is preferred
• Methadone experience is essential
• UTI experience is preferred but not essential
• Vaccination experience is preferred but not essential

Pay Details: (Paid by Pharmacy)

• Weekdays $70 + Super
• Saturday $75 + Super
• Sunday $80 + Super
• Public Holiday $105/hr + Super

Extras:

Travel Mileage $0.99/km return, at the start and end of the assignment. Flights neg.

Accommodation: A fully furnished self-contained one bedroom (with queen bed) apartment with a separate lounge room and kitchen. It has private access and is walking distance to the pharmacy. It also has wifi. Linen is provided.
