Client & Location Information Invercargill is favourably placed on the Southern Scenic Route and is the gateway to some of New Zealand's most beautiful scenery and destinations. Invercargill is a mere 10 minute drive to Oreti Beach, and less than 30 minutes to the port town of Bluff. With a combination of cultural attractions, a rejuvenated city life and outstanding nature reserves and parks, Invercargill is a great place to work and visit.

Dates: Week blocks are preferred, but please advise your availability

• Wednesday 17th December- Wednesday 24th December
• Thursday 25th December & Friday 26th December- CLOSED
• Saturday 27th December - Wednesday 31st December
• Thursday 1st January- CLOSED
• Thursday 2nd January- Saturday 31st January

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 8pm + Weekends 9am to 6pm. Depending on your availability, these hours may be negotiable. Days off will depend on the length of your availability.

Job Specification: You will be working within a team of 1-2 other pharmacists with the support of 1-2 dispensary technicians. General Dispensing for a busy script trade using Toniq. Counselling, some methadone dispensing and local Medico Packs.

Skills Required:
* Registration with the New Zealand Pharmacy Council.
* Must present a negative COVID test a few days out from the start of bookings
* Current PDA Insurance.
* You must enjoy counselling as this is an open plan pharmacy.
* Being ECP trained would be an advantage.
* Locum must be willing to work as a contractor and invoice for wages.

Pay Rate:

• Christmas + New Year period - $75- $80/hr flat rate (neg on experience)
• All other shifts - $70- $75hr/hr flat rate (neg on experience)

Extras:

• Accommodation: Self contained apartment/motel within 2km of pharmacy.
• Travel: Flights or mileage. Mileage is $1.04per km. Open to locums from North and South Island.
