Pharmacist Grade 1 - South West Victoria

Job Specification:

This Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist position involves:

• Patient counselling and medical reconciliation
• Dispensing for inpatients and outpatients
• Clinical duties including intravenous additive, intravenous nutrition, and cytotoxic therapy programs
• Providing medication-related advice to clinical staff and patients

Skills Required:

We are looking for candidates who:

• General registration with AHPRA.
• Have experience in a hospital setting (preferred)
• Newly registered pharmacists are welcome to apply as extensive training is provided
