Client & Location Information:

Join a well-established pharmacy located in a modern shopping centre in the largest town in NSW's Bland Shire. With Wagga Wagga just 1.5 hours to the south and Sydney or Wollongong around five hours' drive, this location offers both regional charm and convenient city access.

Job Specification:

This full-time Pharmacist Manager role offers up to 48 hours per week across a Monday to Saturday roster. You'll oversee dispensary operations, engage in full-scope professional services including vaccinations, and play a key role in business development. You'll be the face of the pharmacy, actively building relationships within the community while being supported by a Dispensary Technician and two front-of-shop staff and an easy script trade.


Skills Required:

  • Unrestricted general registration with AHPRA
  • PI insurance
  • Passion for community engagement and relationship-building
  • Ability to confidently manage day-to-day pharmacy operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Salary & Benefits:

  • $60-$65/hour base salary depending on experience
