POSITION:Pharmacist Manager

Job Specification: Seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager passionate about leading and inspiring a team to achieve excellence. Your role will involve:

• Leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering customer loyalty and driving successful business outcomes.

• Managing the store's performance, including meeting key objectives and budget targets.

• Dispensing medications, delivering professional services, and providing health counselling.

• Recording clinical interventions and practicing forward pharmacy.

Skills Required:

• A current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.

• Proven experience in pharmacy management or a leadership role.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $50-55 per hour.

• Additional Benefits: Travel allowance (negotiable), relocation assistance up to $2,500, and a sign-on bonus of $5k+.

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 3 days allowance for sole Pharmacist duties.

• Team Structure: You will be supported by 1 Dispensary Technician and 1 Shop Staff member.
