This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and patient-centred Pharmacist Manager to lead a friendly team in a community pharmacy located in the beautiful Northern Tablelands of New South Wales. With a population nearing 30,000, this charming regional town offers welcoming locals, affordable living, and a relaxed lifestyle - the perfect setting to build your pharmacy career.
You will work closely with the owner across a full-time rotational roster, managing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary and shop, and ensuring compliance with QCPP standards and 8CPA targets. This is a sole Pharmacist role, supported by two Dispense Technicians and a small experienced front-of-shop team.
Shop hours are 9am-5.30pm weekdays, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm. The fortnightly roster alternates between a 40-hours and 48-hours week, offering both structure and variety.
Skills Required
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Experience in community pharmacy and dispensary operations
Vaccination accreditation preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Commitment to patient care and professional standards
Salary & Benefits
$150,000 p.a. (approx. $65.56/hr), depending on experience and accreditations
