Job Specification
As Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the daily dispensary operations and lead a capable, experienced team within a structured and smoothly operating environment. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, professional services, and compliance across the pharmacy.

You will be supported by a dispensary technician, retail coordinator, and pharmacy assistants, allowing you to focus on leadership and clinical oversight. This role offers variety across sites within the group while maintaining consistency in systems and processes, making it ideal for a pharmacist who values structure, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Skills Required

• General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist

• Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge or senior pharmacist in Australia

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• High attention to detail and organisational ability

• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care

Salary & Benefits

• $55 to $62 per hour depending on experience

• Full-time position with flexible working hours

• Option to accrue monthly Rostered Days Off (RDOs)

• Supportive team environment with established systems
