Job Specification

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be part of a small, close-knit team of five in a forward dispensing environment. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional healthcare services and counselling to customers, with a strong emphasis on scope of practice services, including vaccinations.

This is a full-time position with a roster of Monday to Friday. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

• Dispensing System: Fred for very managerable script numbers
• Team: Pharmacists, Dispensary Technician, Front of shop staff + Retail Manager + Stock Controller
• Services: Some Medicinal cannabis, Webster packs, vaccinations (accreditation preferred)

Skills Required

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Minimum 4 years' experience in community pharmacy
• Vaccination accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

Salary & Benefits

• From $55/hour - negotiable depending on experience and accreditations held
