Client & Location Information:

Join this small, friendly team at a family-owned independent pharmacy located in the heart of Cardinia Shire, just 52km from Melbourne CBD. This town might be small, with a population of 4,000, but it boasts a tight-knit community and a charming shopping strip. This unique pharmacy is not only a cornerstone of local healthcare but also runs a successful online business, offering a dynamic work environment.

Job Specification:

  • Position: Pharmacist

  • Work Hours: Full-time; open to discussion, currently 2 days from Monday to Wednesday

  • Location: Upper Beaconsfield, outer South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne

  • Shop Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Computer System: Z Dispense

  • Script Trade: Approximately 80 scripts per day

  • Shop Staff: 3 dedicated team members

  • Services: DAA/Packs - 10 community, no Methadone/ORT/CPOP

Skills Required:

We are looking for a Pharmacist (general registration with AHPRA, not provisional) who is passionate about community health and wellbeing. Key attributes include:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Open-mindedness and loyalty.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, reflecting our commitment to both the local community and our online customers.

  • Open to all levels of experience, including newly registered pharmacists.

Salary & Benefits:
