Pharmacist - Full-Time Position - Hobart

  • $52 - $55/hr Plus Relocation Assistance.

Client & Location Information:

Job Specification:

Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including managing a team of assistants, dispensary technicians, and two other pharmacists. Key responsibilities include managing the dispensary, stock control, PBS claims, CPA programs, administering immunisations, and promoting forward dispensing practices. The ideal candidate will bring previous management experience, excellent time management skills, and a friendly, approachable manner to the team.

Skills Required:
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
  • Proven management experience in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Proficient in using the Fred computer system.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and customer service.
Salary & Benefits:

Other Information:
  • Script Trade: Approximately 180 scripts per day.
  • Shop Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm; Saturday 9.30am-5pm; Sunday 10am - 4pm.
  • Workforce: Supported by 2 full-time pharmacists, 2 dispensary technicians, and a team of 18 shop staff.
  • DAA/Packs: 12 Webster packs, packed by the technician.
