Locum Pharmacist

Client & Location Information: Redland Bay - Bayside Brisbane suburb - Approx 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD

Date; Wednesday 25th June 2025 - Friday 15th August 2025.
Ideally one locum for full period but would consider locums who can work min on three weeks.
** Would consider someone from interstate who has family in Brisbane they can stay with but no travel or accommodation****


Hours: Note Rotational roster Monday to Friday.
Monday, Wed and Friday 8.00 am to 5pm 30 min break.
Tuesdays alternative one week 8am to 5pm 30 min break, 2nd week 9am to 1pm no break.
Thursday alternative one week 9am to 1pm no break, 2nd week 8am to 5pm 3 min break.


Job Description: You will be working in a beautifully fitted out forward dispense model pharmacy with consult rooms to be used. Working mostly with 2-3 other Pharmacists and 1-2 techs. Duties will include dispensing on Fred - Rowa machine, counselling , vaccinating (if accredited) , in-store medicine reviews, assisting with Webster checking, DVA reviews, provision of hormonal contraception (if exp).


Skills Required:

  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Fred is preferred but not essential.
  • Cannabis preferred but not essential.
  • Vaccination exp preferred but not essential.
  • Hormonal Contraception exp not essential.
  • White Pharmacy and Name Jacket are required to be worn.
  • (Store may be able to supply a jacket depending on sizes available) .



Pay Details: (paid by Pharmacy).
Weekdays $70/hr + Super.
No Travel/No Tolls
No Accommodation.
