Client & Location Information:

Join a friendly pharmacy located in a vibrant and diverse community, 19kms southeast of Melbourne's CBD. This area is well-connected via public transport and renowned for its art, food, and culture scene, as well as world-class medical and research facilities.

Job Specification:

We are seeking a full-time Dispense Technician to assist our pharmacist in various tasks including:

• Dispensing medications

• Packing DAA's

• Claim closing

• Receiving and organizing inventory

• Serving customers at the front of the shop

• Performing general QCPP duties

Experience with Suremed and Z Dispense is essential.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience with Suremed and Z Dispense

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary & Benefits:

$28-$32/ph to be reviewed after 6 months. Competitive remuneration based on experience.

Additional Information:

• Computer Systems: Z Dispense, Suremed Online

• Script Trade: 80 on weekdays; 40 on Saturday

• Shop Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-1pm

• Work Hours: Same as above, with some flexibility within roster constraints

• Staffing: Sole pharmacist, 1 other dispense technician, 2 shop assistants

• Methadone/ORT/CPOP: Yes, 50 patients

• DAA/Packs: 65 packing patients managed by the technician
