You'll be leading a team of five experienced technicians within a friendly and professional setting.

Job Specification

As the Compounding Pharmacist Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering a wide range of non-sterile compounding services alongside traditional pharmacist duties including dispensing, patient counselling, and vaccinations. Managing a high-volume dispensary, you'll ensure accuracy, streamline workflow, and foster a collaborative team culture.

This is a sole pharmacist role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and leadership, supported by a reliable team of dispense technicians.

• Monday to Friday only, approximately 9am-5pm (flexible start/finish)
  
• Approx. 400-500 scripts per day during the week
  
• Sole charge pharmacist, supported by five experienced technicians
  
• Computer system: Minfos
  

Skills Required

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
  
• 3 years experience in Australia as a pharmacist
• Qualification and extensive experience in non-sterile compounding in Australia
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Meticulous attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in using Minfos pharmacy software
  
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
