Clinical Pharmacist - Grade 2 (Central Highlands, VIC)

  • Competitive hourly rate: $46.87 - $53.04

  • Monday to Friday roster with the occasional Saturday

Job Specification

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist looking to take the next step in their professional development. You'll deliver high-quality, patient-focused clinical pharmacy services while expanding your expertise across diverse practice areas.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing unit-based clinical pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team

  • Participating in rotations across multiple clinical streams

  • Supporting learners and contributing to ongoing staff education

  • Gaining credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and other advanced scope programs

  • Promoting best-practice medication management and patient continuity of care

This position offers excellent exposure to advanced practice initiatives and a strong culture of professional growth.


Skills Required

  • General AHPRA registration as a pharmacist

  • Valid Australian work rights

  • Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to patient-centred care

  • Prior clinical experience with an interest in expanding into advanced practice areas


Salary & Benefits

  • $46.87 - $53.04 per hour, dependent on experience

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Occasional Saturday roster
