Job Specification:
We're on the hunt for a  Permanent Stewardship Programs Pharmacist. This pivotal role will lead and enrich our Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMS), playing a key role in the expansion and efficacy of our services. Responsibilities include:
 
 
 
- Supporting the Pharmacy Stewardship Program Coordinator to help drive the expansion of existing Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) and Sepsis programs rollout across the hospital network.
 - Providing clinicial advice and leadership support.
 - Offering expert advice on antimicrobial prescription, dosing, appropriateness, and compliance.
 - Maintaining up-to-date expertise in Sepsis Management.
 
Skills Required:
- Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA (general)
 - Experience in the provision of hospital pharmacy services with a focus on antimicrobial stewardship and/or sepsis management highly regarded.
 - Knowledge of relevant NSQHS accreditation and Clinical Care Standards
