Job Specification:

• Hybrid role: 2 days in an aged care facility + 2 days in a community pharmacy.
• Aged care focus: Medication reviews, updates, and education for residents, nurses, and staff.
• Community pharmacy duties: Dispensing, aged care services, and customer engagement.
• Schedule: 4 days per week + alternate Saturday mornings.
• Training provided to ensure confidence in aged care responsibilities.

Skills Required:

• General registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist.
• Accredited ACOP training porogram
• Existing MMR credential and commit to completing by 30 June 2025
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• 2 years previous experience in Australia as a pharmacist
• Experience with Fred dispense system (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

• $55 per hour (negotiable based on experience).

• Low methadone/ORT requirements and DAA packing managed by technicians.
