Job Specification:

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be part of a dynamic team providing essential clinical ward services and regional pharmacy services to the wider community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in consultant ward rounds

• Patient counselling and medical reconciliation

• Inpatient and outpatient rotations

• Preparation of aseptic and chemotherapy products

You will also benefit from extensive professional development opportunities, both internally and externally.


Skills Required:

• General registration with AHPRA

• Previous Australian hospital setting experience preferred

• Familiarity with National Standards Accreditation requirements

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Newly registered pharmacists are encouraged to apply
