The Applicant will notify Raven's Recruitment Pty Ltd (Raven's) immediately if they either employ, or attempts to employ, in any permanent or temporary capacity, a candidate who has been referred by Raven's to the Applicant within the previous 12 months, whether or not the candidate has been employed there previously.
All communications about positions available are to be held confidential and details are not to be passed on to fellow pharmacists or employers.
It is the aim of Raven's to refer candidates to reputable and ethical Applicants; however, Raven's does not take responsibility for the professional conduct of the Applicant or the conduct of the Applicant's business.
The candidate is not an employee of Raven's (unless hosted by an on-hire labour arrangement) and has no authority to act for or on behalf of Raven's.
Wages, applicable superannuation and accommodation costs will be paid by the Applicant, and are not the responsibility of Raven's unless arrangements for a payroll service arrangement are specifically made.
The candidate gave Raven's permission to contact the Referees listed on either the Registration Form as an Emergency Locum Pharmacist or the candidate's résumé, for the purpose of obtaining information relating to previous employment. In addition, the candidate gave consent to our agency copying and printing the candidate's résumé for its own records and for forwarding onto prospective employers where applicable.
