Client & Location Information
An excellent opportunity to gain hands-on management experience as you develop a pharmacy from ground up for a dynamic experienced Pharmacist. You will need the confidence to develop and market the business within this central western region of NSW by becoming involved in its friendly community. You will be working five and half days a week and be experienced to handle all facets of community pharmacy including professional services with confidence as you strive to take this new business to the next level and beyond. Full training will be provided across all professional services if required.
This full time position would suit a dynamic switch-on Pharmacist who wants to take the next step towards management Roster will be a Monday to Saturday. Must have unrestricted registration with AHPRA and hold own PI insurance. Ability to implement professional services and forward dispensing, have a drive to succeed and embrace the values of the pharmacy.
To Be Successful: * 3+ years minimum Pharmacy experience * Confident to establish relationships and communication skills * Day to Day management of the Dispensary team * Positive and cheerful attitude whilst being well presented and reliable * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits
