Our Client is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager who has an interest in working in a clinical hospital environment. This position will see you coordinating and leading the Pharmacy team through new projects and develop the service further. At the same time you will be responsible for ensuring key tasks and outcomes are achieved by involvement of all team members. You will also provide clinical pharmacy services and dispensing to the Wards of the Hospital.
Essential skills; you will be confident to function as a Clinical Leader and proven experience in providing leadership to act as a role model. Ability to work within a team and as part of middle management across sectorial boundaries within hospital and community settings. Demonstrate a well developed analytical and problem solving skills. Sound clinical skills are a must as you will be a dynamic forward thinking, hospital experienced and registered Pharmacist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and benefits
