This well-established independent community pharmacy is located in Brisbane's northern suburbs, approximately 30 minutes from the CBD.

Job Specification:

As the Retail Manager, you will oversee and work alongside a dedicated front-of-shop team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the retail area while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys team engagement, customer interaction and retail performance.

The roster is primarily Monday to Friday across 38 hours per week, which can be worked across 4-5 days.

Skills Required

• Previous pharmacy retail or front-of-shop management experience is required
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to multitask.

Salary & Benefits:

• $65,000 - $70,000 per annum plus superannuation
