Working on-site at a Private Hospital less than 4km away from Melbourne CBD.

Job Specification:

Full-time Pharmacy customer service officer working on-site at a Private Hospital in Melbourne.

This position involves sitting behind the scenes of the Hospital and assisting the customer service team to provide critical administrative support to the retail and hospital pharmacies.

This role is part of a fast-paced admin team, acting as a first point of contact for the external clinics and hospital colleagues and providing administrative support to retail and hospital pharmacy management teams, patients and customers.

Monday to Friday roster. Rotating roster.

Skills Required:

  • Proactive, tech savvy administrator who is team-focused with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confidence and resilience.

  • Previous experience in reception and multi-faceted administration.

  • Confidence using Word and Excel programs within the Office 365 suite.

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Indications are at $25/hr plus super.
