    Job Specification

  • As Pharmacist Manager, you will lead a well-established, high-volume pharmacy with the support of a strong corporate structure and governance framework. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, ideal for a pharmacist passionate about team development, operational excellence, and expanding clinical services.

    You will:

    • Lead and mentor a large team of nearly 30 staff
    • Oversee daily dispensary operations in a high-script environment
    • Ensure compliance with QCPP standards and professional service delivery
    • Drive workflow efficiency and team performance
    • Support and expand Full Scope of Practice services
    • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused clinical care

    This is a full-time position (38 hours/week), primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as required.

    Skills Required

    • AHPRA registered Pharmacist
    • Proven leadership experience in a community pharmacy setting
    • Strong operational and team management capabilities
    • Experience with QCPP and professional services
    • Patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills
