This Pharmacist Manager role is situated in central Melbourne.

Job Specification:

As the Pharmacist Manager overseeing this packing site that services correctional facilities throughout Victoria and NSW you will be involved in rostering, staff management, client liaising, overseeing daily workflow, client meetings, KPI reports, incident reporting and regular pharmacist duties.

The usual roster is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with flexibility required as the Manager.

Skills Required:

• Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.

• Management experience essential.

• Proven leadership skills - bringing out the best in your people.

• Effective communication skills - both written and spoken.

• Excel abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

$110K plus superannuation
