Client & Location Information:

This pharmacy located on 20 minutes north of Perth CBD - providing an easy commute to a lovely tree-lined, family friendly suburb. This is a small-medium suburban shopping centre pharmacy that is well established with a fantastic customer care approach.

Job Specification:

As the Pharmacist Manager you will be blown away by the support you receive from the involved owner and the other Pharmacists and Dispensary Technicians. Your day to day will involve staff and process management as you work alongside your team.

Vaccinations and MedsChecks are part of the day to day, with there being an opening for any additional professional services you might be keen to be implementing.

40hours per week over 5 days, with flexibility as to which days that will be. All to be discussed at interview.

The owner works in the business and is very open to mentoring someone who is interested in learning even more about managing and business development.

Skills Required:


* Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* A collaborative and encouraging management style.
* Clarity with communication.
* Passionate about providing wonderful customer care.
* Experience in managing a pharmacy dispensary team desirable, but also open to applications from experienced Pharmacist in Charge who are ready to step up in to a managerial role.

Salary & Benefits:

$60/hr plus super.
Mentoring in pharmacy and business managing and ownership if desired.
