Are you an experienced manager looking to take the next step?

Fantastic opportunity for a 12 month contract to oversee the overall operational and performance of this site. As the Pharmacist Manager overseeing this packing site that services correctional facilities throughout Victoria, you will be involved in rostering, staff management, client liaising, overseeing daily workflow, client meetings, KPI reports, incident reporting and regular pharmacist duties. This role will have you working closely with another manager - co-managing the site.

The usual roster is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with flexibility required as the Manager.

Skills Required:

• Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.

• Management experience essential.

• Proven leadership skills - bringing out the best in your people.

• Effective communication skills - both written and spoken - ability to maintain and develop client relationships.

• Excel abilities.

• Well versed with programs like Excel.

• Attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits:

$110K plus superannuation.
