This is an involved owner who is very much a part of the business remotely. He is looking to be able to hand the reigns over to an experienced Pharmacist Manager who is keen and excited for something that little bit different whilst still enjoying the satisfaction of face to face customer interaction as you get to know your locals by name.

Job Specification:

As the new Pharmacist Manager to this remote community you will be the go to person for help and advice alongside your experienced and friendly team.

You will be involved in supporting remote clinics which will involve some flying in to these areas. You will receive training from Qld Health to make this effective. This unique role is something that has been greatly enjoyed by other Pharmacists who have had the chance to experience it.

Monday to Saturday morning is the roster - which will mean that you will be working a 48.5 hr week, but without any evenings or Sundays.

Fred dispense. Excellent Technician support for medium script trade will free you up to be predominantly the face of the pharmacy as you look out for the locals and tourists to the region. Front of shop is managed by someone very capable who is looking forward to working alongside you collaboratively to bring the best possible health service to this community.

Skills Required:

* Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* Proven ability to oversee a busy pharmacy operation.
* Effective and friendly communication style with all people.
* Willingness to embrace the experience of this remote location.
* Vaccination accredited for both flu and covid.

Salary & Benefits:

$50-$55/hr plus super plus $5,000 sign on bonus with an additional $5,000 at 6mth mark with further bonuses to be discussed. But this on it's own equates to $162,581. In addition to this the employer is providing a vehicle for your personal use and accommodation assistance of $400/wk.
