Job Specification

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will lead the day-to-day dispensary operations while ensuring the delivery of safe, accurate and professional pharmacy services. You will provide patient counselling, administer vaccinations, and deliver a range of professional services including MedsChecks and Webster packing. Working alongside a dedicated pharmacy team, you will mentor and support staff, maintain high professional standards, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

Skills Required

• Current general AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Minimum three years' experience as a pharmacist in Australia.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities.
• Vaccination accredited with a proactive and positive approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy community pharmacy.
