A well-established community pharmacy located in the heart of Griffith, a thriving regional city in the northern Riverina region of western New South Wales, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge for a full-time six-month contract with the possibility of extension. Griffith offers an enviable regional lifestyle with excellent dining, wineries, fresh produce, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Job Specification

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a patient-centred Pharmacist who enjoys a fast-paced environment and values strong community connections. You will work across a full-time 38-hour roster within the pharmacy's trading hours, supported by a professional and experienced team including Pharmacists, dispensary Technicians, and an experienced front-of-shop team.

The pharmacy handles a medium script trade most days using the Z dispense system as you deliver a broad range of professional services including vaccinations and ideally a full scope of practice services from the consultation room while overseeing day-to-day dispensary operations and providing outstanding healthcare support to patients.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Minimum two years' community pharmacy experience
• Accredited vaccinator
• Confident delivering Scope of Practice services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy team environment

Salary & Benefits:

• From $65 per hour plus superannuation and entitlements
