Client & Location Information:

As a Pharmacist in Charge in this beachside location in the Rockhampton region of Queensland, you could step out of this community pharmacy and look out to the beautiful bay. This playground could be your back yard to enjoy on your 3 days off each week on the central Qld coast.

If you dream of moving where the palm trees are swaying and the locals are chilled out whilst still being close to a major regional area's infrastructure - then this could be for you.

Job Specification:

This Pharmacist in Charge role will have you working across the dispensary operations and professional services. You will be getting to know your local customers by name and really getting alongside them as they work through their health challenges with your help.

In joining this pharmacy team you will be connecting with a vibrant and bright group of professionals who look to make that difference every day.

Your roster will be full-time in 4 days per week with always at least 2 consecutive days off each week.

With the staffing levels in this store, you will get to enjoy a 1/2 hour break each day - enough time to take your lunch and sit down by the bay.

Skills Required:

* Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* Experience within a busy community pharmacy setting.
* A genuine love of helping people achieve best health outcomes.
* Proven ability to actively drive PPI programs and forward dispensing.
* All experience levels consider including newly registered.

Salary & Benefits:

$40/hr Monday to Friday and penalties for weekend shifts worked, flexible working arrangements, great training opportunities and in-house reward incentives.
