Pharmacist Dispensary Manager | CBD Fringe
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist ready to take the next step into leadership, business development and long-term career progression. Located just 15 minutes west of the CBD, this well-established community pharmacy has been a trusted healthcare destination within a family-friendly suburb for more than 35 years.
Positioned in a prime commercial precinct with excellent public transport access, the pharmacy enjoys a loyal customer base, strong community reputation and significant opportunities to further expand professional services and business performance.
Job Specification
As Pharmacist Dispensary Manager, you will lead the dispensary operations while mentoring and supporting a dedicated pharmacy team. Working closely with pharmacy ownership, you will play a key role in driving professional services, enhancing customer care and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
The pharmacy operates daily providing all services of a community pharmacy. You will lead a small dispensary team with additional pharmacist support rostered during key trading periods. The wider team includes front-of-shop staff and a Retail Manager on weekdays. Roster requirements are approximately 38-40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
Skills Required
- Current General Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 3-4 years' community pharmacy experience
- Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Sound understanding of full scope and professional services
- Commercial awareness and business development mindset
- Accreditation and additional clinical services experience highly regarded
