Client & Location Information:

Aged Care Pharmacy site located towards the north east of the Melbourne CBD. This role will require travelling to multiple nursing home sites across Melbourne.

Job Specification:

This is an exciting role for a Pharmacist who is looking for an exciting change and seeking autonomy and career growth in their next role!

This is a full-time Pharmacist position where you will be providing specialised pharmacist services to the Aged Care customers across Melbourne.

Skills Required:

• Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.

• Ability to build relationships with other allied health professionals and patients.

• Current Victorian Driver's License.

• Ability to deliver high quality customer care and accurate completion of tasks in a busy environment.

• Efficient and effective communication skills

• WebsterCare or Sachet checking experience would be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

$40/hr plus super. Either a company car or a travel allowance will be available.
