• Opportunities to work part-time (minimum 2 days) or full-time across residential aged care facilities in ACT and the south Coast of NSW.
• Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
• Provide education and training to staff
• Be involved in clinical governance and contributing to policy and procedures

About you

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA
• Medication Management Review (MMR) and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
• Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
• Accredited to vaccinate
