Client & Location Information:

Join a vibrant, multicultural community in the iconic Australian outback, Lightning Ridge, known for its colourful character and opal mining, offers a distinctive living and working experience. This small yet bustling pharmacy provides an essential service to the community and is currently seeking a committed Pharmacist to join their team.

Job Specification:

Work in a unique setting where you are sometimes the sole Pharmacist, collaborating at times with the owner. Your role will involve standard dispensary duties, patient counselling, and some ordering responsibilities. This is a fixed-term contract available for one to two years, with options for shorter terms to suit your flexibility.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to deliver healthcare services with empathy.

• Experience in managing a busy pharmacy environment is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Rate: From $65 per hour plus superannuation plus furnished self contained unit.

• Additional Benefits: Long weekends off once a month,

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week during shop hours: Monday to Friday plus few hours Saturday .

Computer System and Operations:

• Computer System: Easy Script trade using Fred dispense

• Staffing: Work alongside our dispensary technician and high energy dedicated front-of-shop team.
